Embodied Soundbath & Energy Healing (Private event /Up to 15 people)

During this deeply restorative movement, meditation, and sound healing, I invite you to connect mind to body and flow with me in a sequence of embodied stretches followed by a reiki meditation and sound bath received in shavasana.

Designed to restore harmony to our meridians, the life-giving energy pathways that help coordinate the work of the organs and keep your body balanced by regulating its functions, this 60 minute restorative experience will help release toxins, trauma, and old energetic bodies that have caused physical and emotional soreness, tightness, pressure or pain, one chakra at a time.

Components: Movement, meditation energy healing & sound inclusive of tuning forks, crystal bowls, & elemental chimes.
