Abundantly, BE. saved me and set me on the path to a full and joyful life—a once untouchable dream.

Constant exhaustion, consistent bloating, intense brain fog, anxiety, sleep deprivation, muscle fatigue—these were just a few of the symptoms that I grappled with on a daily basis.

At first the symptoms were here and there, sporadic and fleeting. But after weeks, months and years of abuse, everything seemed to come crashing down all at once. For so long I struggled to find any and every solution I could, from “better” food habits like swapping Splenda for sugar to forcing sleep with Tylenol PM. Eventually, I simply felt as though I was floating, melting into this horrifying new reality of being powerless, detached from my own body, a stranger simply existing.

When I had all but allowed myself to accept this new fate, cue Rebecca.

When it comes to a human being in general, Becca as I came to know her, is a natural ray of sunshine; welcoming, confident and honest. I was immediately drawn to her joyful, courageous attitude about life, even before knowing she was a health coach. Her journey, drive and passion behind everything she does is truly inspiring. In gaining a dear friend, beginning my own rediscovery through health coaching was icing on the cake.

During our initial session, I found that the conversation was so much more than just expert to client, but, friend to friend.

She listened intently, asking poignant questions while also creating a safe space to dive deep into the nooks and crannies of my pain, thoughts and struggles that had been shoved down for so long. Countless emotions I felt I couldn’t voice for fear of being “lazy” or “wimpy” poured out in a waterfall of feeling. Becca’s caring and listening attitude made it so easy to finally address the depths of these issues- like I could finally take a breath.

Field expertise and knowledge is, of course crucial for health coaching purposes. But what sets Becca apart is her love and deep care of people. Each client she meets is a friend, each individual has a story to tell. She wants to know the person beyond an evaluation or pain. Her focus is to heal the whole, not just the physical well-being, but the emotional, mental and spiritual as well, to bring a soul back into balance. Her intent reaches far beyond the surface pain to mend the mind, body and spirit.

Over the past few months of coaching with Becca, I have not only seen an improvement in my physical health but also my mental and emotional outlook on life.

And gradually, life has begun to shift back into balance.

The bloating has subsided, sleep is so much deeper, brain fog decreased- but, even more, my confidence, my peace and real love of myself and this body I call home, is mending.

Abundantly, BE. saved me and set me on the path to a full and joyful life—a once untouchable dream.

Love,

Frannie
