5 Ways to Manifest More Abundance in Your Life

Have you ever had a close friend who seemed to live a charmed life? Her needs and wants like jobs, friends, money, influence, and even love seem to come so easily. You too, have the same burning desires but have experienced very different results. How could this be? What does she have that you don’t?

The answer to her life of abundance is simple. Highly abundant people make self-love a priority. Want to know how you can do that too? Add these 5 self-love rituals into your routine and bring more abundance into your life.

1. Nourish your body.

Hanger happens to those who don’t make food a priority so before you feed your soul, feed your body. Focus on whole foods that give you energy, taste delicious, and leave you feeling satisfied.

Shop and plan your meals and snacks for the week leaving little room for poor choices. Stick to the outer aisles of your favorite grocery store focusing on vegetables, fruits, and USDA Organic, Certified Humane meat and eggs. Don’t forget the bulk bins which are full of delicious nuts, teas, coffee, and whole grains.

But, do me a favor. Remove the “D” word out of your vocabulary. Habitually choosing whole, unprocessed foods is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle.

2. Move every day.

Abundant people are literally movers and shakers.  They know that movement is a form of action and action creates change. Whether you join the local gym, check out that new yoga studio, or just start walking at lunch, it doesn’t matter. Movement in your body creates movement in your life.

3. Take a deep breath.

As humans, we are the only living creature in the entire universe that can control our breath. The pace at which we inhale and exhale allows us to manipulate how the oxygen flows through our body.  We have absolute power over the beat of our central life force, the heart. Mastering deep breathing meditation regulates our heartbeat helps to relax the body and the central nervous system releasing around 70% of our toxins. When you learn to inhale the good stuff and exhale the bad stuff abundance is just around the corner.

4. Cleanse

Don’t worry. I am not going to suggest a juice fast here. But, I will tell you to take that hot, sudsy bath you’ve been dreaming about. Bathing has some serious restorative benefits for your body and your mind. Reserve your soak session for the evening before bed for maximum benefits. Add in some mineral salt and rose oil to say goodbye to sore muscles and a busy mind and hello to a restful night’s sleep.

5. Recover

Abundant people know that it’s ok to say no to others and yes to themselves. Recognize when your body, mind, and soul needs a break and take action. Hit up that restorative yoga class, drag that foam roller out of the closet, or just take a nap with your pooch. Shutting down and sitting still helps to restore your heart, mind connection and can reveal your deepest needs, wants, and desires. Write them down or say them out loud to release them into the universe and see what abundance you can manifest!
